They are currently looking to hire an experienced business strategic leader for a Vice President-role in Singapore specifically for their Fragrance Compounds Business, where they specialise in active ingredients used in the Fragrance Industry. Reporting to the Global Head, the VP of Fragrance Compounds will be in charge of the entire business function in the APAC region with 4 to 6 Business direct reports, covering Strategic leadership for the business leaders in this region, Stakeholder engagement, P&L coverage and growth areas. The role is open for global talents who are willing to re-locate to Singapore. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
