Manage the sourcing process end-to-end with some supervision specifically in the construction category
Collaborate with Sourcing Managers to translate business requirements into time-bound actions
Recommend sourcing strategies and e-bidding strategies in the construction space
Manage e-bids (if required) independently
Identify risks to project and proactively mitigate them
Manage complex analyses and share actionable insights
Engage independently with project suppliers
Develop construction category expertise
Support senior members of our team in conducting market research
Handle basic market intelligence requests (like identification of suppliers and their profiling) independently
Proactively reach out to internal resources for information
Complete the given task by meeting the basic requirements of formatting, using set templates, running spell checks, display proactive thinking on what value-add could be provided to client
Basic research skills, willingness to learn, adaptable, flexible, team player, effective written and verbal communication skills, highly motivated
Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, take initiative, work with a high sense of urgency, pay close attention to details and build strong, productive relationships with colleagues and clients at all organizational levels
Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.
Affinity to technology, including familiarity with office productivity tools and Google Apps.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
