The Company Our client is a highly respected European Medical Devices company with over 100 years of history. As industrial leaders, they have been growing from strength to strength and due to a recent succession planning strategy, they are now seeking a Product Manager to assist in the next phase of growth.
The Position The incumbent will be responsible for directing and implementing the execution of the product marketing initiatives of imaging businesses assigned brands across Southeast Asia (SEA) region, covering dealer partners and clinical customers. This person will drive sales with the regional commercial teams outperforming market growth.
The Person The person should have a strong back ground in Business Partnering and would be able to travel heavily across SEA.
Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
