Product Launch Management
Responsible for new product launch to the Asia Pacific Market with Market/Sales strategy development, Price proposal, Product Training, Daily support, Collateral development, Market analysis, Competitive knowledge, and analysis
Partner with HQ and subsidiaries to develop and coordinate product launches across the region
Go to Market activities for business expansion
Promote sales of responsible products to achieve the plan by working with subsidiaries
New Product Planning
Working with the relevant business managers, identify key products for introduction into APAC region
Understand market trends and IT direction to ensure the products meet customer needs
Competitive Strategy Support
Support in gathering relevant competitive data and help develop related tools
Degree in related field
MUST: Either 2 - 3 years marketing experience or printer/copier industry knowledge.
Preferably 4-6 years of marketing experience
Preferably B2B Product Marketing background for industry related or IT related products
Marketing & Pricing strategy
Product Management skills
Competitive Analysis skills
Strong Communication and negotiation skills
Positive attitude / Sense of ownership
Team player; works well with cross functional teams
Knowledge of printer product and industry preferred

Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
