Responsible for Statistical Process Control implementation Meet planned budget level on product loss/operating supplies and show continuous improvement in the implementation of annual operating budgets for all plant functions and controls. Develop a continuing cost reduction program. Participate in corporate capital expenditure by recommending new plants and equipment to expand production, reduce cost and improve quality. Ensure the safety of all plant personnel with the goal of zero accidents and working environment compliance with local regulations. Provide technical assistance to Materials Management group on new supplier, alternative raw materials and /or new products development. Provide technical assistance to fast-food chains and other clients on new products, quality systems and emerging issues affecting product quality and safety. Conduct regular management review of Quality systems Directly supervise Field Service Program. Audit product recall program twice a year Effectively complete major projects assigned to support the organization's key projects. Acts as quality manager and ensures conformance of quality system to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 and FSQMS/ISO22000:2005.
