We are searching for a person who has good understanding of user behaviours and interests, and is adept in formulating content strategies around user insights. The role will include but not be limited to development of a content strategy based on data based insights, creation and consolidation of B2B content, optimisation of landing pages, and as well as rolling your work out across APAC.
Top 3 daily responsibilities
Develop content marketing strategy across APAC markets to attract the relevant target audience and reach users at all phases of the customer journey
Collaborate closely with x-functional teams to create content that reaches its optimal search potential
Optimise content on landing pages to deliver improved performance and conversion rates
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
3-4 years of content management experience from planning to execution
Proven ability to write informative and engaging copy
Experience with, Analytics, Keyword Planner, Search Console and other related tools
Experience in SEO best practices
Excellent understanding of localising content
Experience in mapping and optimizing user journeys

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
