My client is a world leader in the optics and precision equipment manufacturing industry and are seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide leadership to the team from front-end to back-end production Responsibilities: Plan, organise and establish objectives for each and every First Article order to ensure the Original Promise Dates are fulfilled. Prepare Gantt charts to detail lead times and datelines for front-end and back-end activities Organise weekly meetings to monitor the progress of ongoing projects and discuss the requirement for new orders Mitigate and resolve scheduling conflicts and provide best case recovery shipment dates Prioritizes schedules based on process capabilities, material availability, and machine/tooling capacity Review production shop floor technical and capacity issues and constraints, and organize ad hoc meetings Provide problem-solving approach using Post Mortem, Fishbone Analysis and Brainstorm sessions Provide serial production ramp-up plan taking into consideration machine and tooling capacity, production readiness, and material lead-times Liaise with colleagues from US and Europe for status updates, customer reviews and other ad hoc requirement Requirements: Advanced Degree in Engineering or Business with more 8 – 10 years of program management experience Experience with precision Engineering and Optical Manufacturing environment preferred Holistic Understanding of SAP enterprise resource planning software to monitor project and production status Ability to read product drawings and blueprints Ability to work with cross-functional teams with strong Conflict Management skills Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-cultural exposure Please send your resume in WORD format by clicking the apply button below or contact Abhik Damani on +65 6701 1527 for a confidential discussion. Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
