Job Description
  • Supervise a team of Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGAs) to communicatethe Pioneer Gen​eration Package package and other senior-related governmentschemes to seniorsthrough house visits and community events
  • Manage, retain and motivate existing SGAs through volunteer engagement
  • Inspire and guide SGAs to meet performance standards and outreach targets
  • Work with the Programme Manager to implement the outreach strategies
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on the ground such as government agencies and VWOs
  • Gather feedback from outreach efforts and collate survey data for submission
  • Be involved in new modalities of outreach and engagement for new schemes, such as the Merdeka Generation Package

Job Requirements
  • At least a Diploma in any discipline from a recognized tertiary institution
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with supervisory experience
  • Preferably with experience in healthcare, social services or community engagement
  • Passion in communication or outreach work on public policies
  • Strong ability to mobilise people into action
  • Good people and communication skills
  • Dependable and good problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Able towork after office hours when required

The successful candidate will be offered a 2-year employment contract.
