Job Description

  • "• Act as project manager, coordinate with the wider, cross-regional team based on the requirements and needs of individual projects
    • Primary point of contact to liaise between internal/partner Engineering teams and customers to manage application deployment and maintenance across Asia
    • Represents Cisco to follow up with external customers to propose application health checks and software upgrades
    • Drive program success by delivering excellent customer experience and building interest in product offerings (e.g drive Account Team to meet with customer to explore new product offerings)
    • Manage customer data and collect responses (e.g. health check questionnaires, post-hoc customer survey, project reviews) "
