You are responsible for the planning, management, and coordination of development works from conceptualization, construction to completion and handover to end users and facilities management team.
Lead and manage the campus development team in planning, implementation and development of the campuses, building and facilities
Work with stake holders to plan and review space programme and facilities required for the development of campuses, buildings and facilities.
Lead and work with consultants in all stages of the projects from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, documentation and construction to ensure requirements are met and comply with respective authority requirements.
Ensure that the project deliveries are within defined schedule, cost and quality standards
Develop and manage project briefs, specifications, budget and schedules.
Standardize development work processes and procedures such as project briefs, tender documentation, design changes, variation, approval, cashflow projections, payment, completion and handover, to improve operational capabilities and service delivery
Degree in Architecture, Building Science, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a good university
Have at least 10 years' work experience in construction project management, with proven track record in leading technical teams
Possess working experience and knowledge of Government policies, functions, and requirements of the key Agencies and the regulatory framework for development projects
