The Company The company is a mid-d regional developer of hospitality, residential and commercial assets with legacy and new-build projects located in various locations within SE Asia and Australia. It is embarking upon a series of new hires to bolster the capability and performance of the company. This includes the proposed appointment of an experienced Project Manager to oversee its projects in Malaysia
The Position Reporting to a senior Project Director, the appointed individual will be based in Singapore but will frequently travel (50%) to Malaysia to oversee various new development and re-development / A&A works commencing from early phase project due diligence through to construction and handover. Accountability will include the management and co-ordination of architects, engineers and consultants, milestone management (budget/quality/time), contract administration and authority approvals. Naturally, there will be a need to support land bids and tendering whilst communicating project status in a timely manner.
The Person Interested candidates will possess a Degree in Engineering or Architecture whilst offering around 6-8 years of practical experience within Construction and Project Management. Due to the scope of the position, candidates should ideally be very familiar with the Malaysia real estate environment including local authority policies and practices whilst offering a capability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders (a combination of written and spoken English, Bahasa and Mandarin language would be ideal). Interested individuals should be willing to travel whilst offering a tenacious, resourceful character to tackle challenges and secure solutions that enable on-time project delivery.

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
