We are in search of a Technical Project Manager who is able to use the skills to convey digital stories through websites. As Project Manager, you will plan and manage the end-to-end website project, from start to finish. The role requires you to define project requirements and translating them into briefs to process design and development. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders ensuring key milestones are met. Using your experience and technical knowledge to facilitate user research, and to test to make sure team is delivery user-centric features, leading the QA process. Champion the use of agile methodology and making use of all the technical resources and tools you can find to make this project successful. It is important that you are able to provide the answers to technical terms, just like an "idiot guide to" – agile, content management system, CRM, web development, UI/UX and project management. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
