Job Description :

Project Sales Executive
1) Review, adhere and ensure the project business processes to be effective and up to date. Maintain the coordination with the relevant parties involved directly or indirectly towards the project.
a) Document business processes
b) Prepare sales quotation and follow up
c) Update project delivery schedule
d) Correspondence exchange, material filling and photo evidence to keep track of project status

2) Participation in meeting
a) Tender interviews and/or contract negotiation meetup
b) Discussion within project team on the site coordination and the progress

3) Arrangement of delivery planning and coordination
a) Cooperation with site coordinator to plan, execute and monitor the deliveries
b) Coordination with the logistic team to come out with a well-planned shipment (inward) as well as proper arrangement of stock to project sites (outward)

4) Account Receivable collection
a) Follow up on outstanding invoices
b) Coordinate with project administrator on tender bond, performance bond, progressive claim, retention sum etc
c) Full understanding and close monitoring of verification for the progress claim, tender form, variation orders and price evaluation of projects

5) Technical know-how
a) Possesses the knowledge to comprehend the architect drawing and able to propose alliances for quotation
b) Preparation of product specifications and information as requested by customers
c) Coordination with site coordinator/ customer service on the proper installation method to be executed at site
d) Be in the chain of communication for any technical issue report to customer service from the site and take action to remind should there no reply within a stipulated period
