Job Description :

Basic up to $3,500 + Allowance + AWS + VB
5-day work week; Location: North West
Building Science & Civil Engineering (BCA)+ Electrical

Maintenance of the properties
Carry out routine checks on defects, cleanliness and follow up
Investigate and plan appropriate actions
Supervise on contractors works according to regulations and budgets
Plan for preventive maintenance and upgrading
Report preparation on performance and progress
Annual budget preparation and action plansJob Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Building/ Civil/ Estate Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance
Good knowledge of building science, building and civil engineering works
Knowledge of BCA guidelines and Auto CAD
Able to work on non overnight shifts/ weekends and PH

Other Info:
Location: North West
5 Working days and be prepared to work on weekday nights and weekends due to rostered shifts (non-overnight)
Salary will commensurate according to Candidates Work Experience & Qualifications
