Reporting into the quality manager, you will be responsible to establish protocols to uphold the quality of the devices and ensure safety and quality compliance to international standards. Responsibilities Ensure processes’ compliance to company’s quality systems regulations and ISO standards, establishing mechanism to measure and monitor the quality of the products. Evaluate and review product or material discrepancies on time, implement and conduct investigations in order to formulate corrective actions. Regular reporting and following up to ensure timely closure Ensuring of product reliability through conducting of risk assessments Work closely with manufacturing engineers to consolidate quality data, analyzing trends and implementing continual improvements to the company’s QMS and reporting systems in compliance to GMP to improve manufacturing processes Ensure that processes comply strictly to product specifications and drawings via statistical tools, such as Minitab Actively supporting product transfers and ensuring product qualifications and validations of equipment and processes are established Requirements Degree in Science or Engineering with at least 1 year of experience in medical devices manufacturing Experienced with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality standards Experienced with statistical tools, e.g. Minitab software Please send your resume in WORD format by clicking the apply button below or contact Kareen Wong on +65 6701 1518 for a confidential discussion. Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
