There will be opportunities to interact with various functional teams, providing advice on quality solutions to all related issues. Responsibilities Ensure compliance to company’s QMS, analyzing and reporting quality data retrieved in manufacturing Responsible for managing non-conforming issues. Consolidate and present information for meetings in accordance with CAPA and ensure timely closure Monitoring and ensure timely closure of field complaints and out-of-box failures Proactively liaising with suppliers, addressing and resolving any supplier quality issues. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
