Our Client

A prestigious, international law firm with an excellent reputation in the market is currently looking for an experienced Receptionist - Facilities to join them and provide top notch, professional customer service to both their external and internal clients.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be positioned at the front of house which is a luxurious and expansive reception area.

You will perform a full spectrum of Receptionist functions including greeting clients / visitors, proactively screening and connecting calls professionally, organizing meeting arrangements, handling general office administrative matters.

The beauty of this role is the broad scope of duties in the area of front desk, events and general administration plus the awesome career progression available.

You and your colleague (who also sits at the front of house) will also manage the travel desk as well as the conference room area. What’s more, you will also gain valuable experience in setting up work stations for new joiners!

To Qualify

You will have the following to succeed in the role, you will have 1 to 3 years receptionist experience gained within a professional environment or you are a professional from the airline or concierge industry.

You will be polite, warm-natured, outgoing, friendly, energetic and customer service orientated. In addition having fluency in English and Mandarin would be beneficial due to the multi-cultural working environment and clients from China.
