Job Description Confidently handle phone calls and walk-in enquiries Maintaining and updating school staff telephone directory Maintain and update student admission requests in shared network Updating of change in student emails Preparation of personnel files in-trays for new staff Preparing of punch cards for staff, coaches, parent volunteers Updating of School leaders’ calendar and appointments Perform general admin duties e.g. filing, compilation of statistics, attending to sick pupils, filing, proper maintenance of documents and records. Assist with simple photocopying Data-entry Any other adhoc duties assigned Job Requirements 3 GCE ‘N’ Level passes Level with credit in English or NITEC / Certificate in Office Skills Good communication and inter-personal skills Polite and able to work with minimum supervision Good team player with a high level of initiative Proficient in MS Office Relevant experience in a similar capacity and/or handling office administration will be preferred Previous experience in a mainstream school environment is an advantage
