WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE?

WHAT WOULD THE HIRE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
  • Drafting all job advertisements for positions Marble are recruiting for across the whole business, to be posted to different job boards (using Broadbean).
  • You can expect to process a circa of 20-30 Job advertisements per day. KPIs will be set to align with this expected workflow.
  • Using a provided template and the basic outline of the job advertisement (as provided by the Consultant, including the Job Title, three bullet points on The Role, The Company, The Offer and any other relevant information) produce the draft job advertisement .
  • You will create the job advertisement to align to Marbles standards and provide the finalised draft to the for Consultant to review.
  • Once the Consultant has reviewed the job advertisement you have drafted, you will action any requested changes.
  • Once you have the finalised the job advertisement, you will be responsible for posting the job (using Broadbean) across the various job boards as advised by the Consultant.
  • You will be responsible for making sure the job advertisements are posted within a reasonable timeframe
  • You will be solely responsible in monitoring a Job Advertisement SharePoint document where Consultants will list their job advertisements that need to be actioned. You will advise the progress status of the advertisement via this SharePoint document, and once finalised, list the posting date and attach the link to the advertisement.
  • Within the first 3 months of engagement in the role, you will attend fortnightly Q&A meetings to access and manage performance.


WHAT IS NEEDED TO QUALIFY?
  • Positive 'Marble' Personality i.e. approachable, willingness to help out, positive
  • Ability to work autonomously with little Guidance
  • Ability to receive and utilise feedback to improve processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (Ability to work under pressure)
  • Ability to follow simple instructions to Produce Job Advertisements
  • Understanding of the Recruitment Industry
  • Data Entry (managing a Share Point Document, Broadbean entries etc)
