Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • As a Account Manager you will work with a large, varied group of HackerTrail’s Customers to ensure successful delivery.
  • You will manage and develop accounts while prescreening, interviewing and matching exceptional candidates to job requirements utilizing various tools.
  • We would like somebody who has a proven track record in recruitment alongside a passion to train and develop others. 
  • Experienced in Technology Recruitment and Manage the full cycle of recruitment process
  • You shall serve as the face of the company for your customers and work closely with them to build and maintain effective partnerships while managing the complete recruitment cycle for various projects
Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 + of related recruiting experience
  • Previous 360 or 180 degree recruitment or related Account Management Experience
  • Superior communication, negotiating and customer service skills
  • Proven track record in client/customer management
  • Should be tech savvy and have in-depth understanding of the new age recruitment / social media channels
  • Motivated self-starter who is hungry to learn and can provide strong examples of how they have achieved results while balancing demanding expectations
  • Must possess excellent organizational/time management skills
