Handle Recruitment Assignments of existing and new clients/ companies.
Understand clients’ businesses and their recruitment/ hiring needs.
Source suitable candidates via advertising, resume mining, networking and referrals
Screen resumes, short-list, interview and select the right match of candidates according to clients’ requirements and job responsibilities.
Manage clients’ and candidates’ expectation.
Provide good customer service and build excellent rapport with both clients and candidates.
Candidate with at least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or coming from recruitment agency background
Candidate with experience in regional recruitment will have an added advantage
Result-oriented and Self-drievn
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess high energy level and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
