Duties and Responsibilities Handles full Account Management System. Short-lists qualified candidates based on client specifications and ensures of the timely delivery of the short list to the client(s). Arrangement of preliminary interview, technical interview and technical examinations for short listed candidates with the client(s). Assists in the job offer discussions, in the acceptance of job offers. Continuous improvement of the recruitment processes to obtain the best candidates suited to the client specifications. Participates in the improvement of the Talent Bank to insure accuracy, security, and speed of access and integrity. Secures all computer systems databases files and records of the Business Unit / Division Adheres to relationships as defined in the Recruitment Agreement Maintain the confidentiality of business transactions with foreign principals, clients, prospects, workers, candidates, government agencies and colleagues. Coordinates with the billing assistant to ensure that timely and correct billing is prepared based on the schedule of payments in the client contract. Assists in the collection of all billings issued for the account being handled or as the need arise. Prepares of weekly, monthly and annual reports for information management Submits weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, corporate planning activities, as required by Management Jointly responsible in the training & development of new employees, trainees, junior employees Cascades the learnings imbibed from scholarships, trainings, case study discussions, and other learning initiatives derived internally or via John Clements Consultants Involved in the business development activities in team with the Sales Group Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Group Managing Consultant from time to time.
