Job Description





  • Active business development and sourcing new clients via phone ,events,or other channels.
  • Uncovering New Positions, New Clients and Opportunities as well as Account Managing & Strengthening client relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing, reviewing, and interviewing candidates.
  • advertisements, sourcing, phone-screening and scheduling of interviews according to availability of stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work with a sense of urgency at all times.
  • Exceptional work ethic and motivation to be innovative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of technologies
  • Open for doing cold calling, can communicate with CXO level people.
  • Have hands on experience in excel and powerpoint presentations .
  • Must be able have a consultative approach and find a win win solution to close the deals.
