Job Description

As a Recruitment Delivery Manager you will oversee recruitment activity for the SEA and APAC markets. Driven and experienced, you will balance personal delivery of roles as well as hire, direct, train and support a growing recruiting team offshore. Reporting directly to the CEO you will drive best practice and work closely with senior leadership to develop recruitment strategy and processes to ensurethe team is performing at the levels expected by our clients. You must be analytical, resourceful and excellent at managing all relationships.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Being accountable for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations including client specific SLAs and compliance with process
  • Workload allocation, including volume forecasting, headcount planning and leave management,
  • Delivering effective performance optimisation of all team members, ensuring all KPIs are set and appropriate, development plans are devised and mentoring is provided as required
  • Recruiting and inducting new staff as required, ensuring effective training and on-boarding processes minimise disruption to the client and improve time to productivity
  • Assessing Recruitment Sourcing Managers and Recruitment Administrative Managers on performance ratings, financial incentives and development requirements
  • Leading by example by being the highest performing recruiter in the team


Requirements
  • Thorough understanding of end to end recruitment process
  • Experience working in a Team Leader/Operations Management role
  • Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships
  • Able to interpret data from a variety of internal and external source and predict trends
  • Degree educated or equivalent is desirable
  • Experience working with off-shore recruitment delivery teams very desirable
