Job Description


What is expected from this role?
  • Follow a consultative approach to understand the IT job role requirements & expectations of the client;
  • Derive a sourcing strategy to reach out to right group of tech talents;
  • Understand the matching skills/capabilities/aspirations of the tech talents;
  • Guide talents for their career progression;
  • Facilitate the matching/hiring process for the client to hire the right talents, bingo! That's what is expected from this role;
  • Result Orientation: Your sincere efforts towards talents' success, client and community delight to have a meaningful career.


Who shall fit-in the best for this role?
  • For this role, relevant work experience in IT talent search or IT talent acquisition is required;
  • Aptitude for tech talent search/acquisition and keen interest to grow career in talent search shall be very much required;
  • Communication and inter-personal skills are non-negotiable skills for this role;
  • Aspirations for being a career coach, delivering value, and commitment to the purpose of the role;
  • High energy to put-in efforts shall make you a good fit for this role and
  • Fresh graduates shall be trained as Associate Consultant.


What is the career progression path?
  • This role is open for fresh graduates as well. Initially, role shall focus on talent management skills.
  • Within 1-2 years, performers can grow to a bigger role in terms of servicing requirements from named clients within chosen industry.
  • After 3-4 years, performers can have an option to either grow to a manager level - groom junior consultants or continue to be an individual contributor with a subject matter expertise in mind.
  • After 4-6 years, performers can grow to a consulting manager level with agreed portfolio of clients/team/services.
  • Thereafter, practice lead and general manager levels depending upon the desired location and aspirations of performers.
  • You shall become coach to candidates and advisor to clients through this process.
  • In brief, it is a very specialised career - continuously developing skills, gaining industry specific and talent market knowledge at each level with an excellent career progression path.
