The Infra Technical Support Administrator for RP (Red Prairie) will be part of the global RP Technical support team and will help with new RP and BOT implementations, maintenance and support tasks. Application Installation and Upgrades
MOCA Architecture/ Commands
Registry configuration and fine tuning (UNIX/Windows)
Working experience with WMD suite of apps (EMS/TMS)
Configuring reports using EMS
Configuring Windows RP Apps (TMS) with WMS
Server Command Operations
Configure Schedule Agent Jobs/ Tasks
Applying rollouts/ hotfixes
Troubleshooting with MOCA crashes and trace logs
Configuring Integrator Adapters in WMS
RF scanner Configuration
Archiving and Purging Operating System skillsUNIX / Linux

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
