Want to be a part of a fast growing fashion company? We are assisting this well-known brand to identify a strong Regional Account Manager to support its growth and success in SEA. Responsible for daily retail operations management to new product launches, you will ensure optimal sales, profits and growth for the brand and their partners.

  • Manage client relationships with franchised partners in the region.
  • Analyze business performance and trends and react accordingly to impact results for SEA Region.
  • Analyze consumer profiles, purchasing habits, tourist and local market trends, and competitive information to drive business.
  • Understanding the retail competition and communicate real estate, merchandise and promotional opportunities to the team
  • Working with partners on sell out and OTB targets and review them on a regular basis
  • Track retail performance, measure compliance, results, and effectiveness; make action plans to ensure the retail targets are reached and follow up on these on a continuously basis
  • Ensure all stores are held accountable to SOPs, policy & procedure and expectations
  • Accountable for understanding and maintaining personal and team’s level of product knowledge
  • Ensure consistent & high levels of customer experience within all partner stores
  • Support efforts in recruitment, training, development, accountability and succession of high performing staff
  • Maintain consistency and quality in the visual merchandising and marketing for all stores

  • Degree holder in business or related field
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with associates)
  • At least 6 years of regional experience in a similar business managing franchised/distributor operations preferably in Fashion, Jewelry or FMCG
  • Proven sales and account management experience, and have demonstrated a track record of B2B sales
  • Strong presentation and communication skills coupled with excellent negotiation tactics and ability to develop strong commercial relationships
  • Ambitious and self-driven business developer, with ability to engage excellent business relationships with distributors and other business parties
  • Deep understanding of retail operations principles and their application in the retail environment
  • Occasional travelling will be required
