This is a 360-marketing role and you will as a brand manager be responsible for coming up with market and brand specific strategies. You will lead the conceptualization and execution of annual plans and make changes as necessary dependent on the results. You will lead the annual forecasting falling back on data about the past launches and using that to set launch guidelines on a global and regional level. You will be tasked with leading the media planning in collaboration with the Sales Managers adapting the global strategies with a local intent and also be the key point of contact for media agencies. You will have a degree in marketing or business with at least 5-7 years of marketing experience preferably in cosmetics, fragrances or personal care with a premium brand. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
