Responsibilities:
  • Participate in annual compensation & benefit surveys to determine competitive positioning
  • Maintain market data ranges for each country
  • Draft / manage country specific reward and mobility policies & processes
  • Manage the annual salary and ensure global guidelines are adhered to
  • Manage global policies and procedures pertaining to C&B and Mobility.
  • Ensure programs are compliant with various related labours laws and regulations
  • Support the administration of the mobility programs in Asia
  • Keep up with local Asia C&B market practices and trends
  • Ensure compensation strategy aligned to the Company's needs
  • Develop and implements rewards and benefits policies at local level
  • Undertakes job sizing and job evaluation exercises
  • Initiate activities related to attraction and retention of employees


Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Management/ Administration, Human Resource Management with minimum 5-7 years of regional experience in compensation & benefits area.
  • Local Taxation knowledge
  • Demonstrate an ability communicate with diffrerent internal stakeholders
  • Hands on approach with a keen attention details and proactive
  • Planning, organizing and analytical skills
  • Able to travel within the region
