Reporting to the General Manager and managing a team of qualified professionals, you will spearhead strategic planning and decision support for their Asia Pacific operations. You will provide commercial insights to cross-functional teams and support business growth through rigourous evaluation of P&L, key business drivers, working capital and capital investments. This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with the commercial teams and customers to evaluate credit policies and develop financing solutions. In addition, you will provide oversight for Finance operations, internal controls and champion best practices to drive operational efficiency. High performing candidates can look forward to rotation/ overseas secondment opportunities.
You are a qualified CA with at least 15 years of experience in business controlling, ideally gained with blue chip automotive/ industrial companies. Initial training in a Big 4 audit firm will be advantageous. You have a track record in identifying business trends, providing sound recommendations and establishing relationships with senior business stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you will be described as personable, enterprising and commercial.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
