The Company
The company is a provider of innovative work-space real estate solutions. Its exponential growth is set to continue over the next 3-4 years whilst it is increasingly crafting bespoke, customised real estate solutions for SME and corporate clients. It now seeks to appoint a Regional Leasing Manager to sustain its growth targets.

The Position
Sitting at the heart of the business development team, the appointed individual will play a vital role to help originate, structure and close new real estate sites Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and possibly further afield) that will resonate with the core positioning and objectives of the business (great location and attractively positioned to meet the flexible working environments of its clientele). As a subject matter expert, the appointed individual will ensure a sound appreciation for market rental rates across the region, an ability to build external networks to build a pipeline of potential office space and a very thorough appreciation for lease term negotiation and associated contractual terms to the benefit of the company. There will be an accompanying requirement to perform rudimentary financial modelling to calculate the cost of real estate acquisition and subsequent investment returns and payback periods from resultant sub-lease and fit-out revenues.

The Person
Ideally, the successful candidate will be an experienced corporate leasing broker (tenant/landlord rep) of 8-10 years with a strong hunter appetite and consummate negotiation skills or, alternatively, you will be operating as an Owners representative within a high-profile, first-tier developer of office assets. The successful candidate is expected to possess a Degree in Real Estate, a strong track record of completed transactions and a desire for regional travel.
