Job Description
Your main role will be to sell the McLaren suite of products to new and existing hotel customers located all over the Asia Pacific region. You will need to be a confident presenter and should expect to travel overseas for sales trips and conferences to grow opportunities and open up new markets. The candidate is also expected to have his/her own contacts from previous employments and grow the opportunities.


• To personally achieve the sales targets

• To build a sales pipeline of opportunities in line with targets set by Director of Sales

• Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.

• Ensure all sales activity including sales opportunities and contacts are entered into Salesforce CRM.

• Produce and submit a monthly sales report from Salesforce showing all sales activity and opportunities

• To control the cost of sales and expenditure of the business division within targeted budget.

• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies

• To be able to travel within Asia Pacific to attend tradeshows and exhibition as well as sales presentations as required.

• Obtain new contacts from non-international chain properties and schedule for sales presentations

• To promote the McLaren brand professionally and effectively to the market
