As part of their business expansion, our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead the growth of their sales & marketing activities for their dental portfolio to maximize revenue and profitability. You will work closely cross functionally including the regulatory and technical team in Singapore as well as the team in the US. You will play a key role in strategic planning and execution of their new business strategies and manage their distributors in the region. This includes providing training, evaluating distributor performance and make changes if recommended as well as understand the competitive landscape. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in sales/business development/ account management in the dental/dental consumables industry in a regional or multi market capacity. Track record of accomplishment managing distributors and meeting sales objectives is essential. Excellent communicator to be able to effect positive change and influence at all levels. Experience in developing training and coordinating customer events is beneficial. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
