My client is a leading medical device company with an extensive product portfolio on the lookout for a Regional Service Engineer. Responsibilities: Involved in implementation of maintenance policy and quality control of medical equipment Provide service support and technical assistance for all medical equipment products across the region Prepare, develop and conduct training of all medical equipment to the relevant parties Monitor and analyze equipment performance, malfunctions and failures to develop corresponding corrective actions, improvements and preventive maintenance procedures. Develop equipment maintenance plan and collate appropriate documentation. Follow up with providing expertise and feedback in devising service contracts Work with regulatory agencies to establish field safety corrective actions Any other adhoc projects and duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mechanical / biomedical engineering field or equivalent 5 years of experience in servicing within the healthcare industry Possess high level of technical and scientific knowledge and the ability to apply such knowledge to practical problems Possess precise and concise written communication and data handling skills to generate comprehensive technical reports effectively. Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
