Job Title:                              REGIONAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER

Job Description :

SUMMARY
To Manage and provide technical support on the product for the Asian region. To conduce product presentation and seminar in the region.

General Job Description

  • Cooperate with local Schneider Electric team to identify best distribution, OEM and POS channels in market; Provide technical support on the LVFD product for the Asia zone
  • Assistance other sales managers for the product specified in the zone (Asia); Establish brand in market through website and local technical documentation
  • Provide assistance in the local type approval application; Handle the product test with the local testing laboratory for the type test or approval
  • Conduce product presentation and seminar in the region; Provide technical training to the partners in the region
  • Customers Complaint closures to customer satisfaction (CCMP); Provide technical advices and solution on the quality issues of the product
  • Customers visit with country sales managers frequency by provide technical support


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree holder in Engineering
  • Licensure is Enginering is an advantage
  • Technical exprtise in Utility sector is a requirement
  • Creation of Proof-of-concept, designs and have done Technical Pre-sales function, presenting to C-Levels
  • Experiened in covering Souteast Asia or Asia sector is an advantage
  • Willing to travel
  • Wiling to work in Taguig
