Our client is one of the established FMCG/consumer pharmaceutical Group in Southeast Asia
Responsibilities:
  • Drive & facilitate smooth and effective implementation of brand plans (pricing, trade marketing, ROI analysis, margins)
  • Develop and implement strategic, tactical creative plans to drive sales and ensure brand growth through various marketing and trade marketing plans, adding value to assigned brands
  • Review marketing plan and activities with Sales team to evaluate effectiveness and execution of brand targets (distribution and trade marketing activities) and implement methods that will result in greater or heightened efficiency
  • Ensure efficient management of A&P budget / funds by monitoring sales against expenditure by sector on a monthly basis
  • Assist, support and organize trade fairs, promotions, events and road shows
  • Manage and control inventory holdings
  • Submit monthly inventory and depletion reports with analysis to respective suppliers
  • Develop new and consolidate existing relationship with business partners / suppliers and or trade partners
  • Assist in preparation and negotiation of proposal for contracts
  • Identify potential projects and clients in the region and beyond
  • Establish and drive new business development strategies through project partnership with entities
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships to achieved targeted sales in both local region and globally
  • Build and develop a long-term business relationship with the key stakeholders in countries of coverage
  • Manage negotiation of sales with overseas customers while achieving the required profit margin.
  • Primary point of contact of each overseas account managed.
  • Coordinate with the technical, purchasing and production department to achieve given targets
  • Responsible for project supply till completion

Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing related qualifications
  • At least 5 years experience in trade marketing and export sales in FMCG / Pharma OTC pharmaceutical Industry
  • Good team player, able to work with colleagues at all levels to achieve business objectives
  • Possess business acumen embraced with excellent communication skills
  • Good analytical skills, partnered with positive attitude and high learning agility, and is able to take on new challenges / responsibilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive and results oriented
  • Able to travel overseas for business needs

  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 830am 530pm
  • Location: Near Redhill MRT
