Consultant: Justin HiewWith increasing market share and business expansion, my client is a looking for a Regional Workday Project Manager to join the business on a 18months contract, that will be based in Singapore.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible in leading the regional Workday project in regards to managing the project resources and timely deadlines. You will need to ensure key project metrics are tracked accurately while identifying cross project dependencies. Furthermore, you will need to provide feedback for process improvement while managing the user acceptance testing in order to meet stringent requirements.
To be considered for this position, you must have workday experiences as a technical user, experienced in large project management ERP solutions and must have done Workday implementation on a regional/global scale. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
