S$10,000 basic or Higher + allowances and high commission included
Global bank with strong career progression structure
Min 8 years EXP in Private Banking Segment
Portfolio includes Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Singapore & Malaysia


Our Client, a Leading and well-known Global banks in Asia with Group comprises of listed companies worldwide, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Private Banking Relationship Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Grow customer portfolio by deepening existing customer relationships
  • Retain existing highly valuable customers
  • Analyse financial requirements of customer and match with banks product offerings
  • Work effectively across geographic borders with customers to deepen relationship with bank
  • Offer holistic advisory and consultancy services to key clients in portfolio
  • Solicit new to Bank and new to product leads from the Excel or Private business segments
  • Consultative selling of multiple products to customers based on identified needs
  • Turn service recovery into sales opportunity
  • Analyse and review potential business to ensure maximum profitability
  • Collaborate with product specialists, to deliver effective customer solutions
  • Operate within Risk & Compliance requirements/ framework


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree and / or relevant professional qualifications with minimum 10 years Banking sales experience in Private Banking segment
  • Demonstrable knowledge of banking practices and financial products.
  • Favourable track record in sales or demonstrated ability to achieve strong sales performance.
  • Focused and highly achievement-orientated.
  • Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal, communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish a service culture.
  • Good product knowledge/selling skills.
  • Experienced in brand building and awareness of consumer needs and behaviour


OTHER INFORMATION:
  • Location :Central
  • Working Days/Hours : 5 days/ 9am 6pm
  • Salary : S$10,000 basic and above + high Commission + incentives (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
