Troubleshoot and log escalation requests with various vendors (primarily Microsoft and Vmware)
Schedule maintenance windows with our customers and install server and application updates.
Execute system upgrades.
Ensure exceptional service to our customers while adhering to set SLA’s and executing duties as outlined within each individual statement of work.
Execute approved change order requests.
Provide regular updates via custom reporting, MS Teams, e-mail and live status calls.
Perform routine health check analysis and produce reports based on results.
Participate in the development of solutions led by the Engineering Services team.
Develop documentation for both internal use and customer projects.
Maintain technical certifications in technologies defined for the role and needed by the company.
Contribute to company content by writing articles and blogs relevant to the Cornerstone’s solutions and services.
Maintain a high-level of integrity and reputation in the industry.
At least three years of lead IT operations experience
At least seven years of IT operations experience in any function within the IT team (e.g. support, helpdesk, administration, engineering, etc.)
Knowledgeable about network fundamentals such as routing, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
Experience in Microsoft Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013, or 2016 administration and engineering
Background in PowerShell script usage and interpretation
Experienced with Issue Handling System
Has at least one Microsoft Certification (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer/Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate/Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSE) – Cloud Platform and Infrastructure
Willing to work at Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City on a night shift schedule

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
