The Repairs and Maintenance Specialist will be part of Engineering Services that is mainly exposed to refrigeration and air conditioning repair and maintenance, electrical and mechanical maintenance, value engineering and cost estimation.
Coordinates with Store Operations to define the scope of minor renovation work/repairs and maintenance
Prepares comprehensive and detailed scope of work
Coordinates with Purchasing team and Suppliers for timely request and delivery of every time for projects handled.
Prepares progress report for submittal to Repairs and Maintenance Engineers or Operations
Conducts quality control and makes sure all work done by contractors are in accordance with the specifications, quality standards and within the approved budget
Evaluates billing submitted by contractors and processes payments within agreed timelines
Regularly conducts store inspection in his district to check the conditions of facilities, equipment and workmanship quality standards and within approved budget.
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Must be a PRC license.
At least 1 year experience in Restaurant, Building, Manufacturing and appliance repairs and maintenance industry
Knowledgeable in value engineering and cost estimation.
Proficient in MS applications
Exposure in a restaurant/fast food preventive repairs and maintenance is an advantage.
Amenable to do 70% field work and 30% clerical works

Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
