Job Title: Research Associate (Quantitative)

Location: South Jakarta, Indonesia


The primary responsibility is to provide day to day support to Directors, Managers and Executives across a range of accounts and create meaningful impact on our client’s businesses, which also includes supporting the team to prepare questionnaires, presentations and reports, manage projects and engage clients.

- Account management (55%)

- Analysis and research expertise (15%)

- Client management and consultancy (5%)

- People management (<5%)

- Business development and financial management (<5%)

- General admin and training (<15%)


- Holds minimum Bachelor Degree from well recognized International or Indonesian University

- Proficient command of English in both verbal and written

- Computer literate, especially in projects/statistics related applications, advanced Ms. Excel and Ms. PowerPoint

- Self-driven, energetic, and is willing to put extra efforts at work with high achievement and result orientation

- High analytical thinking and sound presentation skills

- Has passion in doing research
