Our client is a Thai restaurant start-up, with aim to franchise.
They are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their expanding business!

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant
Direct manpower planning and inventory optimisation
Monitor overall hygiene and ensure restaurant meets and maintain safety regulations
Train, supervise and motivate staff to achieve excellence in performance
Provide excellent customer experience for guests
Work with chefs and management personnel to plan marketing/advertising

Job Requirements:
Restaurant involves serving dishes with pork/lard
min 2 years of F&B/Restaurant supervisory experience
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders of all levels
Added advantage if worked in Thai-cuisine restaurants/understand Thai cultures

Other Info:
Salary: $3,000 - $3,500
Location: Farrer Park
