Job Description
Responsibilities: 
  • Work with Integration Manager and Solution Architect to develop and implement Retail Solutions
  • Build and maintain the systems documentation to have an up-to-date description of data model, data flow, features and integration mechanisms
  • Support the execution of all build phases of domain projects, especially testing and training for data flows and interfaces
  • Work closely with IT technical and support teams to manage overall operational stability of the retail applications and technology that supports the retail sales channels and driving continued focus on operational excellence and cost optimization
  • Identify areas of improvement and propose solution to make the system robust and scalable
  • Works closely with Business Analyst at the scope and requirements definition phase of a project to ensure solution can be developed and supported
  • Provide input to sourcing decisions (make/buy)
  • Support and monitor integration jobs across all APAC
  • Support and coding on handshaking and RDI
  • Support and monitor in-house application
  • Prepare xsd and excel scripts as needed
  • Support local database enhancements as needed


Competencies & Requirements: 
  • Min 5 years of experience related to retail technology, retail systems integration, processes and software/technology that is customer facing
  • Experience in a Multi/Omni Channel environment and cloud-based integration
  • Understanding of the latest technological advancements within relevant business processes
  • Skill in developing detailed technical documentation, studies and specifications
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, and communicate effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly growing environment
  • Strong team-player who has excellent collaboration and relationship skills and written and oral communication skills
  • Solid understanding of IT group operating model, including enterprise architecture, development lifecycle, tools, agile methodology, methods and processes
  • Able to demonstrate an innovative approach to improving timeliness, quality, and efficiency of systems development projects/portfolios
  • Experience designing onshore/offshore frameworks and managing offshore development and testing suppliers
  • Demonstrates creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets
  • .NET / VB Technology Specialist with expertise in: C#/Object-C, ASP.net, Bootstrap, Angular JS, MSSQL/SSIS/MS VB, SSAS, VBScript
  • Experience in XML schema definition and integration documentation
  • Basic knowledge of SOA, middleware technologies (Snap Logic, Informatica, WebMethods), and enabling products
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL best practices within the Systems Development Lifecycle, Release Management,
  • Working knowledge of software development and automation tools and methodologies (Jenkins,Git, Terraform, Chef, Python, etc.).
  • Experience with on-premise to cloud migrations or IT transformations.
  • Experience architecting/operating solutions build on Microsoft Azure (Blob Storage, SQL managed services (Paas), AKS)
  • Good working knowledge of document, relational, and time-series databases (e.g. Mongo, MySQL, SQL Server, Influx)
  • Experience in cloud-native projects like Kubernetes or Docker.
  • Integrate systems to databases and other applications using middleware such as SnapLogic and consume or produce SOAP or REST based services, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of Applications including SAP, SAP BO, SSRS, Qliksense, Xstore, Retail Pro
