My client is a well-known name in beauty and they are looking for a Senior Regional Retail Manager for their travel retail team to be based in Singapore looking after South East Asia. You will be responsible for supervising the total store operations for the assigned travel retail stores in the region. You will have the technical know how of the travel retail landscape and will work closely with the retail managers from the region to open more stores and to increase the visibility and the market share for the brand. You will be responsible for recruiting, training and onboarding new employees and ensuring that they provide the level of customer experience and service my client is known for. You will be tasked with target setting and ensuring that the beauty advisors meet their individual targets thereby collectively meeting the store/counter targets. The ideal candidate will: Have at least 5 years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a management role in a travel retail environment. Preference for candidates coming from cosmetics and beauty. Have a degree/ diploma in business or related field. Be an analytical self-starter who believes in leading by example. Be proficient in English and Mandarin. Preference for candidates who can converse in Thai. Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
