Have you got strong retail management experience and wants a unique new role?
A leading luxury retail group is looking for Retail Managers to drive their vision of delivering exceptional service and product.
You will be responsible for identifying business development opportunities and propose strategies. You will own your brand/categories of business at store level and is responsible for ensuring promotions, product training and overall floor presentations are being met through managing, mentoring and developing a cross-functional sales team. You will lead, problem solve and possess an intuitive sense to think ahead.
A strong retail operations background and excellent business acumen is a must. Being an eloquent communicator and having a passion for sales and customer service will greatly complement as well.
  • At least 5 - 6 years of retail experience of which at least 1 - 2 years are in a store management role
  • Exceptional people management skills and have managed a large team of 20 - 30 people
  • A strong operational and business development background coupled with a forward vision, leadership qualities and problem solving skills are highly desired.
  • Customer service oriented individual and an eloquent communicator
  • Sharp, independent and hands-on
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience and ability to handle a large volume of sales activities
