• Assist walk-in customers in the selection of products and services
• Explain promotions and Service Packages according to customers’ needs
• Cross sell products and services to customers
• Ensure that your individual sales KPI is achieved
• Attend to customer requirements, complaints and feedback in the most efficient and service-oriented way
• Provide highest level of customer service at all times
• Minimum "N" Levels and above
• 1 year of Retail or Frontline Customer service experience
• Candidates with no experience are welcome (Training provided)
• Must be presentable and able to speak fluently
• Able to work on roster timing
• IT savvy and loves to engage with people
• Thrives in dynamic, fast paced environment

• 5 to 5.5-day work week, rostered shift (44Hr per week)
• Working hours: Retail hours
• Working Location: Island Wide retail outlets
