Retail Trainer  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the commercial managers on the training calendar, strategy and results to ensure it's always in line with the overall business vision 
  • Direct and operate with HQ internal training department with the purpose of nurturing excellence throughout the network while being a permanent and consistent support of its business performance. 
  • Facilitate local training relays and sales managers in the utilization of new modules and follow up on local training activities 
  • Act as a consultant to salespeople for challenges they have on the job 
  • Observe how salespeople and cashiers interact with clients to identify areas of improvement 
  • Determine training needs both for individuals and teams 
  • Organize role-playing activities to simulate difficult client cases (e.g. how to overcome objections) 
  • Advise salespeople how to up-sell products and services 
  • Apply various sales training techniques (e.g. gamification, case studies and group activities) 
  • Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material 
  • Smooth delivery of training to ensure commercial results and luxury customer service 
  • Creative reactive training solutions that support the delivery of key customer care objectives 

  • At least 1-2 years working experience as a Customer Service Trainer, or similar role. 
  • Preferably 1 year of supervisory/managerial or hands-on training experience. 
  • Availability to travel and visit our retail stores, as needed. 
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities. 
  • Ability to motivate employees to achieve sales quotas. 
  • Strong experience in formulating and implementing training programs. 
  • People oriented, highly self-motivated and able to articulate business objectives in a compelling manner. 
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal and diverse teams. 
  • High level of competence in presentation and coaching skills.
