We are looking for a rewards partner for a global FMCG organisation which has an established regional COE team. The company is known for its strong talent management practices and culture, which means a performer can look forward to developmental growth and a long runway.
As a Reward Partner, you will have ownership over a sub-region to ensure competitiveness and cost effectiveness of end market reward program. In achieving the purpose, you will conduct regular analytics and bench marking exercises, design reward proposals to meet business needs, and contribute to regional initiatives by providing market insights.
We are looking for potential (to grow) in the ideal candidate- 5 to 6 years of rewards experience will be desirable, together with strong communication as well as analytical skill, to manage an international community of senior stakeholders.
