Job Description
My client is a world-renowned name in beauty and they are seeking applications form experienced sales assistants to come join their very exciting travel retail team. You will report into an Area Sales Manager and provide administrative support to the sales team. You will follow up monthly with the retailers to procure the sales record and compile the data for monthly analysis and reporting. You will be tasked with preparing the monthly expense sheets, preparing fact sheets and tracking shipments to make sure that there is always sufficient stock. You will work very closely with Inflight Business Partners ensuring that there is proper flow of data between the two parties ensuring increases market share, better brand visibility. You will have a degree or diploma in business administration with at least 3 years of administrative experience. You must be an excellent communicator with advanced computer skills (MS Office, Powerpoint, Excel etc). You must have proven experience coordinating multiple stake holders in a dynamic environment.
