Reporting to a Store Manager, you will maintain daily operational excellence and efficiency of the store; manage and troubleshoot day-day operational tasks from attending to customer queries, in-store incidents, logistics etc. You will be the first point of contact for customers, and will contribute to building the culture of the store brand and help create the energy and excitement to engage customers in the experiences offered. You will also be involved in the planning of event calendars for the store and support the coordination of onboarding key content, marketing and merchandise assets from retail partners. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
